As a Senior IT Leader, my professional journey encompasses a rich tapestry of roles and responsibilities, all leading to a comprehensive understanding of technology, its strategic implementation, and financial management within the tech domain.

My experience in on-demand technical leadership has been significant. This role involves providing tech guidance and strategic leadership to multiple organizations, often remotely. This has exposed me to a variety of industries and technologies, constantly challenging me to adapt and innovate. In addition to this, I’ve also had the unique opportunity to serve as an on-demand Chief Financial Officer specifically for tech divisions. I’ve been responsible for aligning tech strategies with financial goals, ensuring that our tech initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.

One of the most influential roles I’ve held is that of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this capacity, I’ve been responsible for setting the technology vision of the organization, making key decisions about tech initiatives, and leading the tech team. From defining the tech stack to managing the team and overseeing project execution, every aspect of the role requires strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and effective leadership.
