CTO Analyst
As a part-time CTO Analyst, my role is uniquely structured. I am embedded in the organization on a flexible basis, providing the strategic and operational support needed to navigate our technology landscape. I work directly with the Chief Information and Technology Officer, assisting them in making informed decisions about our technology investments, implementations, and overall strategy.
One key aspect of my role involves acting as a Consultant CTO for the organization. This means I am expected to have a broad and deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, and to apply this knowledge to provide strategic advice and recommendations. I often find myself conducting comprehensive research, preparing detailed reports, and presenting my findings to the leadership team. This part of the role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with the fast-paced world of technology.
Collaborating closely with the Chief Information and Technology Officer, I support the execution of our tech strategy. I help monitor the progress of technology implementations, identify potential risks or issues, and work with the relevant teams to mitigate these. This aspect of the role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a good understanding of project management principles.
Ultimately, my experience as a CTO Analyst is defined by a mix of strategic thinking, detailed analysis, and effective collaboration. It’s a role that allows me to use my skills and knowledge to make a meaningful contribution to our organization’s technology strategy and operations.

Summary

Strong experience in a large scale and high traffic website development. 22+ years in a wide range of technology stacks. The last 8 years I’ve been focusing on the NodeJS + React stack.
