As an IT Expert, my professional journey is characterized by a diverse range of roles, each with its own unique set of challenges and rewards. One of the key aspects of my role involves providing fractional technology leadership. This means that I offer my skills and expertise to multiple organizations on a part-time basis, helping them to navigate their technology landscape. This can involve everything from setting tech strategies, overseeing their execution, to leading technology teams. I’ve found this experience incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to make a significant impact across multiple organizations while continuously diversifying my skillset.
In addition, I’ve also had the unique opportunity to serve as a CTO Co-Founder. This role has allowed me to be part of a company’s journey right from the start, shaping its technology vision and driving its execution. I’ve been instrumental in making critical decisions, such as choosing the right technology stack, building and leading the tech team, and managing the technology budget. This experience has been both challenging and fulfilling, as it involves a high degree of responsibility and the potential to directly influence the company’s success.
